Turn-Around Times
500 words or less - the average turn-around time for this type of document is a maximum of 24 hours from the time complete payment is made.
501 - 1,000 words - the average turn-around time for this type of document is a maximum of 24 to 48 hours from the time complete payment is made.
Over 1,000 words - the average turn-around time for this type of document is as follows:

Up to 10 pages - 24 to 48 hours

11 to 25 pages - 48 hours

26 to 100 pages - 48 to 96 hours

Over 101 pages - you will be contacted to discuss a turn-around time based on the length of your document
When you submit your document, you will be able to request a desired due date for your document to be returned to you. If for any reason we are unable to accommodate your request, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Document Guidelines
Documents submitted for proofreading must meet the following requirements:

Font must be easily readable (please no script fonts).

Font size must be at least 12pt.

Margins should be one inch on all sides to allow space for notes.

Line spacing must leave enough room for markups; double-spaced is preferred.

Must be submitted as a Word document or PDF.
